How Unitcore is put together

Unitcore is a handful of personal products — budget, lists, tasks, notes, habits — that all run through one assistant in Claude. Underneath them sits a single idea: a space is a circle of people and everything they keep together. You can be in several.

Everything below follows from that one idea.

After you sign up

There is no setup step to get through. The account, the first space and the modules inside it arrive together.

One person, two spaces

A space is not a folder, and it is not a workspace you switch between for tidiness — it is a circle of people. Anna is in two of them, with one account:

The same modules on both sides, the same Anna — a different circle of people. That is the only thing a space changes, and it is what keeps personal and shared apart.

Which space the assistant works in

You never tell the assistant which space to look in. It works inside the one you are already in, so the same sentence lands somewhere different depending on where you say it.

You talk to one assistant. It works inside whichever space you are in.

“How much did I spend this month?” → your budget only.

Why it is built this way

The circle of people is drawn once, and everything else leans on it:

One privacy boundary for every product
Invite once — it works across every module
A new module switches on by itself — nothing to configure
The assistant sees exactly one context
Personal and shared never mix
Leave a space and the access is gone entirely
